As a New Yorker growing up in Harlem, Aaron was introduced to the program in their youth, and this sparked their passion and commitment to youth & community development bringing them back to BBBS of NYC in professional capacity. Aaron earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Culture & Deviance Studies from the John Jay College of Criminal Justice and is currently working on a Masters of Science degree at Fordham’s Gabelli School of Business..Â
Chau is the co-founder of ciaooo! an NYC based newsletter simplifying the news for New Yorkers. As a born and raised Brooklynite, she is passionate about empowering locals to be involved in civic engagement.Â
Yetunde has been matched with her Little Sister Sydney since 2017. She's a licensed social worker and champions training and development initiatives that prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion, including anti-oppressive and trauma-informed practices. Yetunde has a passion for supporting youth specifically in communities of color through civic engagement and giving back.
